The dealership located on Rt. 17 in Hasbrouck Heights met all my expectations with regard to scheduling and the actual work on my 2013 Volvo. I was very happy with the work but the price was very high I thought .

They always do a great job. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly. They get your car in and serviced and the work is always top notch. Food and drinks in the waiting room, which is always nice. TV is on. Beautiful environment. Classy and clean.

Have been a Kundert customer since 1986. In today's world of impersonal service and automated assistants is is rare to find old fashioned personal service. However, at Kundert motors it still exists. Recently had my Volvo in for service and had a billing discrepancy. Reached out to Bill Kundert, Jr. not only was my issue resolved promptly, but Mr. Kundert phoned me back personally to assure me that it was being taken care of. This family owned and operated dealership now in a 3rd. generation of Kundert's, still subscribes to it's founders principals. Customer care, personal service and customer satisfaction. And as for service, 1st. class knowledgeable competent mechanics that know your Volvo. I have always found it is fixed right the first time. No need to return to address the same issue.
