Car was taken in for scheduled maintenance service . Service department did a full inspection and they recognize tow areas that I will need to have fixed in near future

I'm not going to spend my time enumerating all the issues that I have had with this dealership. They are 1.5 miles from my home and for the last 10 years I've been driving 20 miles to another dealership to get service. The only reason I tried to use them recently was because the automobile was in my driveway and needed to be towed and they are the closest and they once again disappointed me by quoting a repair price twice the price of the other dealership. I had the vehicle removed from Kundert and towed to the other dealership. I don't know how they remain in business.
