I got a message on my dashboard Telling me there was an error on my vehicle and so I made an appointment brought it in and Antonio was very helpful in writing me up and showing me to my Loaner Car. I got a call from him later that day informing me that my car was serviced and ready for pick-up. Kudos to him and the dealership.

Antonio,Emily and Mike were knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. Everything went well as far as the car service went. If I had any complaint at o try e we Puls be about the tired waiting area. The same beat up sofa has been there since I bought my car the amenities area really doesn’t offer much and the tv had no remote available for the customer. It just wasn’t a comfortable waiting area

Antonio was easy to work with. He kept me updated on the progress with my car. All the computer updates were thoroughly installed and are very easy to use.

I’ve been a customer almost 30 years. I’ve owned several Volvos and have had excellent customer service from the Sales and Service Teams. Van is my salesman I’ve leased and purchased several Volvos with him. He’s excellent! I recently purchased an XC90. Van helped me complete the purchase.
