I had been looking for the perfect red two door jeep for 20+ years and Brooke sealed the deal! She made the buying experience so easy and hassle free. I bought the jeep unseen! Brooke FaceTimed me and was the perfect videographer to show me my Jemma! She helped me with financing as well as getting the jeep shipped to my house! To this day- I still receive happy messages from her and she never tires of hearing my excitement! Overall great family values!

Me and my family have purchased 4 cars at Wheels by RT over the years and with our daughter just getting her drivers license we will soon be shopping for car #5. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Unbelievably laid back sales experience- compared to other dealerships I’ve been at. But it’s their inventory that I really appreciate. All the cars on their lot are high quality. You can trust them to have a car or truck that will last a long time. I also love that they don’t have stupid, gimmicky commercials that yell at you. Wheels by RT is amazing! I’ve purchased 2 vehicles and each experience was smooth. Brooke is very friendly and easy to work with. I emailed her what I was interested in and she had my options lined up for a test drive when I arrived. I’ll be back when I’m ready for my next vehicle!

The absolute best experience I ever had to buy a car. They went completely through the car . It was more of a car than I was expecting. Entered the establishment thinking who ever owns this really cares about his or her business . The owner is a big sports fan and has lots of memorabilia on every wall. After we bought our car I kidding said that I was going to request that Ditca autographed jersey over there with purchase of the car. He laughed then came out and told me he couldn’t give me that but had one he would give me. I didn’t believe it . I looked at it and thought that’s great and he said ok if you don’t have any use for it you can have it. I couldn’t believe it I thanked him and grabbed it as quick as I could . This man is passionate about his business and cares check them out I guarantee you won’t be disappointed

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Spoke to Brian the salesman on the 23rd of March 2021 and price on their 2019 Hyundai Elantra ECO (White w/2,202 mi) was $15,989. Spoke to him twice again on the 24th price was still $15,989. Went in to test drive the vehicle with a pre-approval from my credit union for the total cost on March 25, and they raised the price of the car $1,000.00 to $16,989. When we brought this to Terry's attention (Brian was not in) he said he would ask the owner if they could honor the price under these circumstances and then he gave me a whole lot of lip service about how they would lose too much money if they were an "honorable dealership" and met that price. This was not a negotiated price it was THEIR INTERNET PRICE! BAIT & SWITCH MUCH???

I picked this dealer out mainly for the 4.9 out of 5 rating. Then always driving by and seeing cars and trucks that look like new. My experience was perfect. The truck I found on Carfax was here. My son needs one for his post tech. training in the Air Force. He wanted a truck. The one I found was in great shape and the owner actually gave me a military discount for my son. Then I was pleased they check them over and do repairs so the 2011 was eligible for a three year warranty that covers all main components front to rear. Clean vehicles and show room. Very relaxed dealer named Terry. I will go here for our families next vehicle as needed.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2016 Corvette Z51 convertible from Wheels by RT. Brian was my salesman, super friendly and always available to take my calls. Terry is the finance manager that handled all my finance needs. I picked the car on the internet, and completed the financing too. The whole process took 24 hours! Amazing customer service! Beautiful dealership too. My wife and I flew from Spokane WA to Chicago, then took a pleasant one hour bus ride to Rockford, where Brian picked us up. The car is everything I had imagined, and then some!. I would give this dealership more than five stars!

Trevor was great! He was easy to deal with and moved at our pace. They didn't budge in price, but we weren't surprised by that because the sticker price was already a great deal.
