This has been a frustrating experience.

This has been a frustrating experience. Two days after I bought my car I got a confusing message from the salesman, telling me the VIN number was wrong and set up an appointment because I had to come in. Got to appointment and salesman said the man I needed to speak to was not there and to come back the next day. Then the receipt they gave me did not match the original and they cannot find the second key for me. I will have to go back a fourth time to get the key or have a new one cut. Salesman did not show me how to operate anything on the new car except to connect my phone and was very vague on questions asked.

I really liked how the dealership took its time to review

I really liked how the dealership took its time to review all the options financially regarding having a car. It helps that I have leased cars from the specific dealership in the past as well.

I made an inquiry about a Rav4 and did not receive any attention to the matter. I did contact Seminole Toyota in Sanford Fl and made a great deal for a new vehicle. BTW its my second great deal on a new car from them. I purchased a 2021 (New) Camry SE in 2021.

Buying a car is stressful.

Buying a car is stressful. Going to a dealership can be maddening. Yesterday I bought a car at Earl Stewart and it was more like going to a spa. Erick Celestin and I were in contact for months and he was incredibly helpful as was the rest of the staff. They're honest, pleasant, responsive, and they sell cars at MSRP. Don't buy a car anywhere else.

I never expected the service I received yesterday 12/27.

I never expected the service I received yesterday 12/27. The Tint on my rear view mirror puckered and when I called Ricardo picked up the phone and told me to come on into the tint department. He said all my windows would be fixed and at no charge. My car is s 2015 Camry, which I love. Never did I expect Ricardo to drive me home and return my car to me washed and looking brand new. Thank you Earl Stewart you do take care of little old ladies. Rhea Harris

Earl Stewart Toyota makes buying easy. I am a middle aged woman who was a nervous wreck about buying a new car. I found a review about this dealership online and decided to give it a try. I found the car that I wanted and reached out to Marlene Levy online. She sent me the sticker price, a video of the car, and the out the door cost. It was fair and reasonable with no extra add ons. I drove from the Miami area the next day to see the car. After a test drive, I fell in love with it. So, within an hour, I was done with the car purchase- it was that easy. Marlene Levy is trustworthy and honest. There were no hidden fees or any tricks. The price was exactly what she quoted me. This dealership is honest and trustworthy. Gabriel was also very helpful in finance. He did not pressure me or try to upsell me in any way. He is an honest person too. I have referred several neighbors to this dealership. For me, it was worth the long drive.

My first time ever buying for EarlStewart and I had the best experience ever I loved that right when I walked in immediately I was welcomed, also we felt at home thanks to Erick Celestin asking us to make us some coffee and bagel with cream cheese that they had for us, Erick Celestin took his time to show us and give us information and about that car giving us plenty for fee back, Therefore also explaining to us all about the Toyota application and how to connected it to my new car, also showing us how to connect my phone with apple car play, I really recommend you to swing by.
