Purchasing a car, as a woman, is not the easiest thing to do. I had visited multiple dealerships and had some disappointing experiences. Dave at Bredemann was authentic, communicative, and realistic with me throughout the whole process. When it came time to purchase the car, my young children were present and he and his team worked together seamlessly to make sure the process was done as quickly as possible.

Dave recently helped my wife and I purchase our first car, a 2024 Toyota Highlander. He was extremely knowledgeable about each and every car he showed us and helped us find the perfect match!

My husband and I just bought a new (to us) car and were absolutely delighted with the customer service here. From the moment we entered Bredemann, we were greeted warmly. Between Arnie, Dave, and Tran, we were quickly taken care of. They made our experience seamless and rather enjoyable. I couldn't recommend Bredemann more thanks to the amazing team who helped us find our dream car.

They refused to work on my less then 4 week old, 2025 Prius Prime. The manager there, Andrew Maravola told me (more like yelled) “Toyota can’t make me work on a car I don’t want to work on. Now get out of here.” “And “This is my business, and no one can make me work on a car I don’t want to work on.” I have no idea why he escalated so much. I am just a paying customer doing what the Toyota Brand Engagement Center told me to do, which was to go to another dealer to get a second opinion on an ongoing issue. Toyota Corporate has been of no help, either, saying they can’t ask dealers to work on their own cars. I got a non-apology from their GSM, with nothing offered to make it right, and a refusal to ever work on the car in the future as long as I own it. Moral of the story, like another reviewer here said, they will not honor the warranty unless they feel like it. And like many other reviewers mentioned, they are rude beyond belief.

This is the third car we've purchased from here, and every time we’ve been welcomed like family. The entire experience—from start to finish—was smooth, professional, and genuinely warm. This is the ONLY new car dealership in the area we can recommend. We have purchased new, used, referred friends for many years. Never any problems. Until we did. A new customer might have gotten angry but we were confident the issue was unintentional. They went the extra mile to resolve. Family owned, local, many long term employees which is always a good sign. Large enough for good selection but small enough to be personal. Tire prices surprisingly competitive. These are complicated and emotional transactions. There is room for misunderstanding. They make efforts to communicate clearly and honestly, and you can trust their best intentions.

We bought our two cars here. The staff is excellent and professional. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Bredemann Toyota balanced humor, honesty, and professionalism throughout my first car purchase. Highly reccommend them if you are a bit unfamiliar with the ins and outs of large purchases. Definitely didn't take advantage of me being a younger buyer and we still got a great deal.
