We weren't sure if we wanted to trade out of a 2022 of the same model, but with Jake's help I got into a 2024 fully loaded X3 for the same monthly payment. He is patient and kind, and great at following up in a professional manner. Every text and question I had was answered super fast. Shout out to sales manager Chase Knaup for his patience in working out a great deal, and Danny Nguyen in finance for a super quick and easy signing of docs. We are new to Crevier, but not to BMW, and it was great from start to finish!
