Was treated very rudely
I negotiated my deal on email with Alex Barajas for a 2015 Explorer fully loaded model. I sent him an email that I am coming to the dealership for paperwork and buy it. I drove 35 miles with my family and was told Alex is not available. I was assigned a sales agent who didn't knew anything about the deal. I showed the emails and the GM rejected the numbers I was provided. GM threw the paper on the table and said - I should run my credit first and then he will give me new estimates. He was rude and arrogant. I walked out ...wasted 3 hours of my weekend time and had frustrated family. Guys - learn how to treat a client who is trying to buy a 50K vehicle from you guys.

totally satisfied
I really liked how quick the process was, there was no back and forth regarding price once it was set that was it.. Robert and Steve made me comfortable and trust that they were not only looking to just sell a car but to make me happy with my purchase. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and I love my 2014 Ford Edge.

Fantastic Service
Chuck Pataki always takes care of everything in a quick, professional manner. He has done this for many years now. There are other Ford dealers closer to where we live, but dealing with Chuck makes the extra miles worth it!

The service writer took the time to have my brakes re-inspected as there was a difference from my previous visit where my brakes had been in the yellow and now were checked in the green with no reading
