My hats go off to this dealership on my recent buying experience. This was by far the best car buying experience that I ever had. I had come to the dealer to pick up my old vehicle which was being repair. I had no intention of buying a car. However, Sam Kolenovic started very casually speaking to me about the incentives that were in place to buy. The conversation was very informal with out pressure. He answered my questions and informed of my options. Treated me with respect and dignity. This feel especially crucial as my credit was less than perfect. He also went to bat for me to obtain the best deal possible but it was all in the spirit of what was best for me. He wasn't solely trying to sell a car but I felt that he had my best interest at heart. Bob Jacobson was also very helpful. He actually picked me up from my house and brought me to the dealership to pick up my car! He also went over every feature of the car. Should me how to use everything before leaving the dealership.

Whenever I shop, I do all my research first. So, by the time I go into a store to purchase, I have most of the info I need, and I'm very clear about what I want. We all know how the car buying experience can be a very long and drawn out process...so many people leave a car dealership feeling exhausted and wondering if they have just been taken advantage of in the process. Well, NONE OF THAT was my experience at McGuire Cadillac! When I entered, I received a friendly greeting, without all the high pressure. All of the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. McGuire Cadillac has a great selection from which to choose. Salesman Peter Labracio never tried to steer me away from my interest or preferences. He patiently showed me and gave me info about every vehicle I wanted. He listened well to my needs and preferences and then, gave me clear insight to make the best choice. Once I chose the right vehicle for me...a gorgeous, gold Cadillac SRX SUV that I affectionately call, GlamBella...Sam Kolenovic handled my loan and processing. Easy easy easy and sooooooo painless! Everything was explained clearly to me. Throughout the whole process, I felt comfortable with and confident in the team at McGuire Cadillac. Once my new vehicle was prepared for me, Peter sat with me again to connect my phone to the car's bluetooth, to set up the OnStar and to walk me through operating and using all the other great features. I left the dealership feeling excited and thrilled and extremely satisfied with the car buying experience at Mcguire, as well as my purchase!!! I actually caught myself thinking about the next car I would purchase from McGuire Cadillac in a few years. That's just me...when I receive great customer service, I truly appreciate it and can't wait to come back for more! I have dealt with many dealers for years this was fairly easy experience. Bob Jacobson was very helpful listening to my concerns made the experience easier.
