I HAD A GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE... THE ONLY ISSUE I had was that the car I ordered came with a $ 1500 roof rack which I never ordered.

I was a bit hesitant purchasing a car online, but from our initial contact Adeel Sadiq was great. He responded to all my questions promptly. It did take some patience on my part as Adeel provided available options. He was diligent and knew what I wanted. By the way, I was making this purchase from a different state. Adeel provided car specs, videos and pictures of the car. Once I decided to move forward, the excellent customer service continued with Adeel and manager, Moez Sachedina. He was knowledgeable about the cars I wanted! He took the time to explain the difference in each car and what they have to offer! I arrived stressed and expecting the worst. However, that was the complete opposite and I was happy with how everything went! This was my first time buying a NEW car… Adeel made that experience a great one!

Was happy with the process. However. I came on a Friday and there were meetings of the sales people and the finance dept that caused me to have a long wait.
