My Nx 300 has a recall since October 2020, they doesn’t have the part but also they can afford a loner the best they can do is a rental that is by there dealership and I’m from Miami. Si bad experience Thanks god is a lease so on September I’m done with them. Osiris at the service dep never return my calls and is never at her office the worst

Was charged for cabin air filter $49.99 which is suppose to be “free” with a dealer recommended services which i had. Tried to clarify with service advisor , he said he wasnt aware of the promo. Manager “O” said he cant reverse the charge. Ive been to this dealership wth no lroblems before. i left and paid my billbill disaappointed.
