My service rep was Shane Schenker and from the second he assisted me to the very end was extremely courteous, helpful and kept me informed as to the progress of the recall service to setting up having the tires I purchased mounted and installed. When the work was done he checked to make sure everything was accomplished and correct. I am very pleased with his attitude and helpfulness with the work I had received.

Went in to test drive a 2016 Silverado 2500HD. Even before we walked in the door, we were greeted by a Sales Rep who offered us water or coffee. Felt very welcomed. We were looking for Sales rep John Corliss and were directed to his desk. We looked at several different models, even a diesel model. John was very knowledgeable about each vehicle, but did alert us that he was a new Sales rep and if he couldn't answer our questions, he would be able to get the answers we needed by consulting another rep. Instead we decided to order a 2017 Silverado so we could get the color and all the options we wanted. Another rep named Alex, assisted John in the process and all went smoothly. The General Mgr. Jamie finalized the transaction and because we had family ties to a GM employee (in Detroit), he made us feel our business was very appreciated. We are senior citizens and my husband said this was the best experience he has ever had at a car dealership. We would recommend Chevy of South Anchorage for anyone purchasing a vehicle in the Anchorage area.

The service department got me in for an oil change same day I called. When I arrived I was told it could be up to 2 hours, ARGH! The service guy came in 1/2 hour, said they were finished, they put mine to the front since he knew I lived out of town. Really appreciated that kindness, had much more fun things to do while in town for sure!

I appreciate Landon's honesty in the situation. Landon made sure to notify me along the way and got it in and out pretty quickly.

Customer service and (full) military discount great. Shuttle service fantastic. Length of time for repairs (11 days) for water pump/battery replacement not so great.

We bought our first used truck in over 25 years and were concerned about the inventory around Anchorage. Everyone from Jimmy and Sal in Sales to Shane in Service were excellent to work with. We got our son the truck he wanted and we are comfortable that it is reliable and safe.

Great detail work, fast oil changes. The service staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I always have a positive experience with Chevrolet of South Anchorage and will continue to have them do the service work on my truck.
