I love working with the team here!

I love working with the team here! I leased my CX-5 from Melcom in 2021 and will be visiting him again when my lease is up in a few months! I visited recently to look at a new CX-5 and was assisted by both Kevin and Melcom, and they are both wonderful. Kevin took the time to explain every detail about the vehicle, answered all my questions, and made my visit enjoyable. Melcom is knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and his follow up is impressive. I would not go anywhere but Piazza Mazda of West Chester, and highly recommend them to anyone even considering a Mazda!

We purchased a used 2013 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD for

We purchased a used 2013 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD for our daughter in May of 2018 with 42,000+/- miles. We purposely purchased ($1800 cash) an extended warranty (Zurich), with 10 year/120,000 milage time frame (5-2028). We finally need to use the warranty & they are telling us it expired May 2022, coverage started 5/2012 (6 years before we owned the vehicle). That is NOT what we were TOLD neither was their answers to my specfic questions to the 10 years warranty of the policy. When you talk to the finance department they rudely act like you should have known this & its your fault you did not know, we were only paying for a 4 year 120,000 mile extended coverage & not really a 10 year policy. When you contact Zurich they provide you a copy of the policy with the signature boxes EMPTY. So, beware before you purchase anything from this dealer, they will lie just to get your money.

Bad Business

I have been here twice for service and they are absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They are more interested in trying to talk you into having something done that is "not covered by your warranty". They are trained more as salespeople than service people. Beware taking your vehicle here for service it will cost you!

Disinterested Salesperson.

Went in to purchase a vehicle. They had some there to actually purchase but the sales person seemed completely disinterested in even talking to us let alone selling a car. Left and purchased another car at a different Mazda dealership.

I was really interested in purchasing a 2022 Mazda.

I was really interested in purchasing a 2022 Mazda. I asked the salesman about a specific one and if there were any specials going on. I still was planning on purchasing a different one if there were not. I had to call him two times with him promising to check with his manager and get right back to me. Never called me back either times. Got tired of calling so I'm now moving on. Not good business practice and makes you lose your trust in them!

My Sales experience at Piazza could not have been better! Nick is very honest which is so important today! Was best price but frankly even if wasn’t the service would make it worth the drive over other Mazda dealers within 50 miles

The instant we got there, we felt a warm welcome. The front desk was very informative and we didn’t wait long to discuss the car I was looking for. We made a deal and it was VERY straightforward (something that’s totally rare). I went to a previous dealership and they offered 46k for a turbo mazda. Ridiculously priced, I’m getting a Mazda, not an Alfa Romeo. This one was priced at 32k with just a trim lower. They allowed me to choose from the hatchbacks that will be coming in a few days to weeks and we set the deal, I reserved the car and now I just wait. Amazing place. Love the optimism there and customer service is exceptional.

They sold me a car with a broken door hinge. It closed...

They sold me a car with a broken door hinge. It closed funny and I mentioned this and the scrumbag said it was fine. I figured the warranty would cover anything, so I didn't put to much thought into it. The wind blew the door and it created a crease in the door. Now I need to pay 500 bucks to have the door fixed through my insurance company. Piazza also snuck a last minute 300 dollar charge on the deal once I arrived at their location-i need to pay them in order to purchase the car now! Call these xxxxxxxx out if they are screwing you over too. These people need to be called out. Stay away from this place. If anything use them to get a better price but have another dealership match their price. Hopefully Mazda shuts them down.
