My family and usually hate the car buying experiencing, but I have to say for the very first time we had a quick, easy, painless, and extremely satisfying experience getting a new car that the whole family loves. All of this was thanks Sandy who is a top notch sales rep. He fought very hard to get us the right deal which fit our budget. Sandy went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied the whole way and even followed up after the fact to make sure the vehicle was running smoothly and that we were still happy. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I recommend that everyone who is interested in a BMW give California Beemers a call and ask for Sandy. He's the man that will make sure you get exact what you're looking for without the horrible hassle of having to deal with car salesmen.

I'm giving 5 stars for my service from Sandy. He was helpful and responsive all the way through. This is the second BMW I bought through California Beemers. Their cars are lightly used and in great condition. You save a lot of money compared to buying new so it's a great value. The only thing I do not like is that they force you to buy inTouch for $499.

I've owned 4 BMW's previously and this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience. From the moment I walked in until the moment I drove off the lot Sandy and his coworker made me feel at home. No pressure sales, very informative on their products, handshakes and smiles from everyone we came across. Paperwork was quick and throughly explained to the smallest detail. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a preown BMW. The largest inventory of hand picked BMW's mainly prior lease one owner, no accidents and upgraded and rare finds with low mileage. I have heard great things about this particular dealership in Costa Mesa. I decided to check it out myself! The customer service was professional and knowledgeable. I purchased a car from a salesman named Riley, who answered all the questions I had. I appreciate Riley's approach and patience. The finance manager, John Dreyer handled the paper work. I was able to leave with the car that I wanted and low miles!!! Thank you.

I didn't even buy a car there and I'm leaving a 5 star review! Todd was awesome, highly recommend him and I want his management to know that. It was nice to go to a dealer and speak with someone who actually knows the cars they are selling! Worth a trip there if you see something you like. I ended up buying from a private seller and getting a little cheaper of a car but wanted to leave a review because I had a great experience there!

Had a great car buying experience with Barbara. She took really good care of us and patiently helped us even though it was closing time. We really appreciate the personal touch and attentive service. This good experience will bring us back here again, hopefully sooner than later for our next purchase. I bought a beautiful M3 from Dan. He was kind, helpful and not pushy. I've bought quite a few cars and Dan is exactly what I'm looking for as a car salesman. There was some confusion on the paperwork at signing. They fixed it and made it right. I got prickly as I thought they were going to try to rip me off. Not the case. I got exactly what I agreed to. Sorry for my defensive energy guys! I've had a bad experience before with a car dealer. I recommend this place highly and the quality of cars on the lot is super sweet. Loving my new ride! I had spent over a year looking for the best deal and chose to Uber until I found a car I couldn't resist! Perfect gorgeous dark blue and tan interior The car looks BRAND new and only has 12,000 miles on it Got a great day and all is the guys I worked with were super professional, relatable and made me feel comfortable giving them my business Connor was my sales guy and he was SO cool and professional and really helped me a lot through the process. Not pushy but very engaged and had answers to my many many questions to ensure I was choosing the right car. He was even prepared to drive to my home an hour away to pick up check if need be! Way above and beyond. John Dreyer walked us through the finance and warranty info which we opted out of. No pressure at all, just provided all of the info very well. He was so cool that I would even hand out with him at a festival! Lol Connor Was amazing! So very helpful and sincere. Someone you would want your daughter to be friends with. Such a good guy and he gave me a lot of time and showed me how to use each and every feature with complete patience! He showed me ALL the bells and whistles so I was comfortable driving off the lot and even programmed my cell for me Steve (sales manager I believe) was very cool and did the best he could do ensure we could get the best financing deal and was such a solid guy. To be honest, this dealership is the only one I will ever return to when any of us should need a new car. It's like they hand picked the perfect staff! California Beemers had two vehicles I was interested in, so I called them and got Riley Smith on the phone. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and pulled the two cars to the front of the lot so that I could test drive them later that day. When I arrived, Riley immediately took me to test drive the two vehicles and after some deliberation, and Riley patiently answering my questions, I settled on an incredibly clean 2016 428i. Riley made the purchase process very smooth and I had a signed contract and all my questions answered within an hour. It was getting late, so they offered to let me leave the car overnight and they performed a thorough detail before I picked the car up the next morning. When I came back the next day, RIley spent 30 minutes with me going through the features of the car, and even linked my phone to the stereo system. California Beemers does a lot of business for a reason. They set the prices fairly, and they provide great customer service. I highly recommend them over going to the used department at a BMW dealership.
