We had a great experience. Abdiel Ortiz was very patient and personable. He went above and beyond to help us decide which vehicle met the needs of our family. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

I had a great experience here at Classic Mazda East. I received great service from Brandon in Sales and Brandon in Finance. They were very cleared with the numbers and very honest. After shopping around different dealers in the area, we decided to buy here because of the honesty and fairness treatment from them. We got the Mazda CX30 and we love it.

Dealership layout is nice, and simple. Very nice appearance, with snacks ready for the guests which was a nice touch, especially for our kids. We were in and out quicker than I’ve ever been when test driving and buying a car. I never felt seriously pressured by any part of the experience, and they waited for my family and I to drive from two hours away, arriving less than half an hour before they closed on a Saturday. Needless to say I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Abdiel with Classic Mazda was amazing. Our process buying our car was seamless. I highly recommend going to see him! I returned a few weeks later with my mom, who, shall we say is a tough customer. He was extremely patient with her and she bought a car also. Everything was great!

We?ve been taking Mazdas to Classic Mazda since relocating to Central Florida in 2021. We?ve purchased a pre-owned Miata there as well. As long as we have Mazdas, we?ll be making the 45? drive for sales and service. We?ve been 100% satisfied with the service we?ve received from Karen Zambrano, Jakob Meyer, and the rest of their service, sales, and finance staff. An especially helpful part of their service has been providing a video of our vehicles before beginning the work and giving an explanation of what is recommended. Two thumbs up ? ?!
