I purchased a brand new Chevy Equinox.

I purchased a brand new Chevy Equinox. 12 days later the engine light came on. On Star said it the diagnostic Report had an engine and transmission code reported. After arguing with the dealer I get a loaner. I was told my car would be ready in 6 days. 13 days later I get a call that my car was still not fixed but the loaner needed to come back. I was threatened that Les Stanford Chevrolet was reporting the loaner stolen as they were holding my vehicle hostage, unrepaired 13 days later. I haven?t paid my first car note and I?m out of a car already.

My experience with James Quinn was A+. He was courteous, professional and made the process relaxing. Upon entering Stanford, everyone I encountered was inviting and polite. I am definitely going back there for my next car.
