Oil change

$60 for an oil change is highway robbery. Asked if this was an error and was told there was no errror. Won't be back for an oil change.

Excellent customer service

Sales person, Yarharbrough is the right person for me to deal with when I walk into the dealership to purchase a vehicle. Jackie Cheng is very professional and friendly. I like the everyone I had to deal with.

2008 Honda Accord repairs

Kudos to Purvis Burke, this young Man provides the BEST customer service and he does it with integrity and care. Always ensure that any problems I am having with my vehicle will be resolved and that my car will once again run like it's new. I so appreciate his hard work and dedication to providing the Best of care to the customers as well as the vehicles we bring in for Service! Thank you Mr Burke. Job Well Done.

Excellent Service and Repair

My exhaust system on my 2006 Honda Civic failed on the way to work. I called Honda Service and was almost immediately called back by Service Manager Tim Murray. Tim recommended bringing in the Honda for repair that evening (which I did). Upon arrival that evening, I spoke with Purvis Burke who created the Service Ticket. The following day, the Honda was repaired and ready to go even though due to its age, the Honda may have had to spend a couple of days in Service waiting parts. Kudos to Tim and Purvis for a friendly and quick turnaround on my Honda.

Nice Buying Experience on Honda CRV

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They had me in my new car driving away happy. The one negative was the hard sell of extras such as theft prevention and window coatings.

Excellent Customer Service

I had the pleasure of having Sam Chads as my salesman in purchasing my 2017 Honda CR-V Touring. He took excellent care of me. I live about a hour and a half away and he had the car I wanted ready before my scheduled time. I just really appreciated his knowledge of the car and having paper work ready for signing. The purchasing process was quick and I was at the dealership less than 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
