Outstanding service in both their Sales and Service

Outstanding service in both their Sales and Service departments!! Their Sales person helped me pick the right SUV to meet my needs and due to a disfunction with the gas gauge their Service replaced the sensor and is working great! Both departments provided me great customer service!!! Highly recommend!

I had a completely positive experience purchasing a used

I had a completely positive experience purchasing a used car at Midway. This was the first time I'd ever bought a car at a dealership of any kind, and the people who worked with me could not have been more considerate and helpful. Big shoutout especially to Sales Consultant Francisco Reyes Flores, who walked me through the whole process and even picked me up at the commuter train station on the day I traveled to Midway (an hour from my home) to pick up my car. Everyone I communicated with at Midway was polite and respectful -- it was not at all a stereotypical 'used-car-lot' experience. I love the car I bought, and received a followup message from the dealership to make sure I was satisfied. Altogether a very positive experience!

This is the first time it took me a while to get a vehicle. I waited almost three weeks and called and asked about my car and they told me it was in the shop, and when they finally delivered it to me in less than two hours the check engine light came on.
