No nonsense dealership.

No nonsense dealership. The list price is their best price so no pressure or negotiations. I've bought 3 cars at Midway and will prpvavly continue to do so.im grandfathered in for my oil changes which are free which is a nice perk.

The whole process was comfortable and easy! It was my first time buying, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. Francisco was incredibly helpful! He answered all of my questions, was very responsive when I would contact him during the days of my searching; he helped me find a car I never expected to love! I bought a used car and then engine blew 4 hours after...

I bought a used car and then engine blew 4 hours after getting it. They are putting a new, used, engine in it. They’ve had it coming up in 2 1/2 weeks and no one hasn’t contacted me. The salesman has completely dropped off of the map. The service manager seems friendly and I hope everything works out.

The service department drags their feet with car issues...

The service department drags their feet with car issues that should only take a day max to fix. My car was at the shop for a week and it wasn’t even looked at. I had to constantly call them and visit to get them to finally do something.

Everyone was nice and easy to work with. Car was prepped...

Everyone was nice and easy to work with. Car was prepped just before we picked it up, even though they had a day in between where they could have done it) and we had to go get the sticker. Only had a half a tank of gas in it. (They didn’t promise otherwise, but I’ve never bought a car that wasn’t delivered with a full tank)
