Walked in after looking on carfax so I already knew what i was looking for. I worked with Bill, he made things easy. Didn't try to sell me on something else and made sure that everything I pointed out was addressed and some things I missed. Good communication during the buying process and Bill even picked me up from the mbta station on pick up day.
