My main contact was with Mr Oliver, who was very friendly and professional. I had to take off a point for friendliness and custoner servicedue to the contact with his sales manager. I had the feeling, he wasnt 100% honest with me. (eg he told me, deposits weren't allowed, but he would make an exception) and he put a lot of pressure on me to buy the car now, otherwise the car sould be sold to another family and so on, so I had to break off the conversation with him. But the overall experience with this dealership was okay.

Allen is very friendly and knowledgable. The service was done well and very timely. Allen said my car would be ready at 3pm and it was ready right on time. The only thing I noticed this visit is that there was not sufficient help to get the cars moving when you arrive. It took a long time to get in.
