I would like to personally say Charles Green jr. and the staff plus the finance department angel worked a miracle today with me getting the Dodge Durango 2025 . My Husband and I were both thrilled 😁 with our brand new vehicle despite my credit score and affordable down payment. Now Ms. Angel Baby she ran into a situation with my paperwork but somehow she band together the other staff in the dealership and instantly came up with a game plan to fix the situation and I left tonight with my brand vehicle !! I asked for 9 dealers' best price on the same car. Most gave me cars I wasn't interested in. Some told me I'd have to take the extras that drove the price up. Antwerpen gave me the best price on the ride I asked about. The dealership offered more incentives than most. Our salesman Tyrone was great. Very personable. Had the car ready to test drive when we got there. Angel in finance was very patient; even after the sale when I was confused by some of the information in the paperwork. She re-explained things to me that went by quickly in the sale and made me feel at ease. I look forward to doing business with Antwerpen in the future.

There must have been a miscommunication between the sales rep and the service department. I was scheduled to have my rims repaired/replaced and they rescheduled me for another day. Really confused as to why I had to bring my vehicle in for them to evaluate and take photos after the sales rep had taken them and submitted them to the necessary party I was under they impression that my repair/replacement would be performed on the date/time scheduled.

I received the BEST service from Joel Williamson. I told him what I was looking for, and he listened. Didn’t try to sell me something that was “almost” what I wanted. He searched around and found the EXACT model, down to the color, and had it for me in two days. TWO DAYS! He worked hard to make sure I got the terms that I needed. I will 100% recommend him to everyone that is in the market for a new car. And when I got to the finance department, Angel Cooper was a BOSS! She handled everything so smoothly, and even added a little humor. This was by far THE BEST car-buying experience I have ever had!
