new car purchase

My salesman, Roly Perez, was polite, helpful and friendly. His customer service attitude was great. I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the confused look I received when I walked in and told the gentleman at the desk I wanted to buy a new vehicle. Luckily, Roly walked up and told me he would help me.

A hassle-free, pleasant experience.

I was in the area with a couple of hours to kill since I was waiting for a friend who was at a doctor's appointment nearby. I went to Bomnin Chevrolet on Tuesday, June 14, interested in looking at the Tahoe. I was greeted by salesperson Richard Cleves and after test driving a Tahoe, seeing their inventory, and agreeing on a vehicle and price, we agreed that I would return two days later, on Thursday, June 16, to make the purchase since the salesman was off the following day and I could not complete the purchase at that time. Later that evening I was checking the inventory online when I noticed that the Conquest Rebate for $750, would expire on Wednesday, June 15. I called the salesman, Mr. Cleves, and he confirmed that the rebate would in fact expire on June 15, and he recommended that I go to the dealership on Wednesday so that I could receive the $750 rebate even though he was not going to be there and another salesman would deal with me. I was floored and surprised at the fact that Mr. Cleves was acting in my interest despite the fact that it would cost him the commission on the purchase I was making! I went to the dealership on Wednesday and was greeted by Roly Perez who assisted me in making the purchase of my new Tahoe. Overall, the experience was pleasant and straight-forward with no hassle. Roly was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The finance manager who assisted me, Saul, was also pleasant to deal with. Overall I was pleasant with the deal I got and the vehicle I now own. I have to commend the initial salesman I dealt with, Mr. Richard Cleves, who selflessly acted with my best interest in mind despite the fact that it cost him the sale.

Very happy

I came to this dealership set on a certain car as a first time buyer. Roly perez was my salesman and he was very helpful. He tried very hard to get me approved but I was denied due to limited credit and limited down payment (car was a 2015 impala). Roly didn't stop there . He found that there was something I was interested in and worked a deal so that I could get approved for which I did. I left the dealership in a 2015 altima which I am very happy that I got. I recommend this dealership. Ask for Roly as he was very great and will make sure you leave happy.

Tried to take me for an inexperienced buyer

Offered me a use 2017 volt Premier at a new at a new car price of over $40000.00 and said the the $7500 tax rebate would lower the when I filed. This rebate is available on any Volt no mater what you pay. I was instructed that their price would undercut USAA pricing which is not true

Awesome 2016 Chevy Impala Midnight Edition

The 2016 Impala that I leased from Bomnin Chevrolet features comfort, power, and superb electronics. Dealing with this dealership has been very transparent. On many occasions, Mr. Isidro Bomnin, Executive Director, has personally reached out to me regarding the vehicle. Kudos to him!

The best dealership in South Florida

Yoslendri was absolutely wonderful. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and everything went very smooth. This was the best interaction I've had with any dealership. Great Job!!!

Lease Trade in for New Lease

Currently held a lease on a Chevy Cruze and was looking to turn in my lease early and take out a new lease with a Chevy Silverado. I was greeted at the door immediately with excellent service. I explained exactly what I wanted and the sales representative, Roly Perez, delivered. The finance department, John De La Torres, worked with my budget and I am now driving off with my new truck. Would definetly recommend to other people. Great experience and friendly staff.

STAY AWAY - DISHONEST PEOPLE

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! Worst experience ever. Told me one thing over the phone, but after the hour drive to the dealership, they said something completely different. Dealership also lied about car being in accident! Salesman said he would fix the damage and never did. Sales person was UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. The owner avoided my phone calls and never responded even after he gave me his card. * * STAY AWAY * *
