Two trips
Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Signed and paid for my services. Got home and found tires had not been rotated. I know this because I have all my tires marked and they were in the same position and had not been moved. Called dealership and Jonathan told me to return and he would take care of me. He apologized and promptly got me serviced.

Oil Change
This dealership sent me a discount coupon for an oil change for $9.99 (for standard oil) and in small print said synthetic would be a little higher). When I called for an appointment they told me the oil change would be $54.99, My bill for the oil change was $69.99. They said my cabin air filter needed changing and the price was $54.99! I bought the same filter (OEM) for $13.80. They are just running a scam in my opinion.
