I'm not sure why people leave bad reviews here, so far me

I'm not sure why people leave bad reviews here, so far me and my family have purchased or leased 6 cars from Chevrolet 112 and we never had any bad experience here. Like any other dealership there are better or worse sales people but if you want a great buying experience then ask for Kevin (usually sitting right next to front door on the right side) and also sales manager Bob. Both Kevin and Bob are amazing and always ready to help with anything you possibly need before, during AND after your purchase or lease. They will also make sure you have a great deal and leave the dealership with smile on your face (in your new fancy ride of course). On my last few visits I've noticed they also have a really nice selecrion of EV cars and those deals they had at the end of government rebate period are now extended for one more month (this time covered by GM I think). Most important value for me personally is when sales people are not pushy, not insisting on my phone number, personal information BEFORE they tell me anything about car I'm interested in. For that reason I've turned my back immediately to many bad dealerships Long Island has (unfortunately). Chevrolet 112 is not one of them and that's why I will keep coming back!

I don't know what to say about them.

I don't know what to say about them. I inquired about the Corvette they had for sale and a salesman told me it was sold. Then the next day, the same salesman, sends me an email about the car he told me was sold! ITHINK THEY ARE VERY CONFUSED!

Mazda 112 has an excellent team and are very willing to, not only keep customers, but listen to their needs. I’ve never been pressured into buying something that I did not want. Always willing to work with pricing and financing options. Low pressure environment, great for a first time buyer. They really do listen and find a vehicle that not only meets your needs, but also your pocketbook.

I will never go back again not even for maintenance.

I will never go back again not even for maintenance. Bought two cars from there .The new service front desk lady along with the whole staff is straight up scam untrustworthy sneaky liars. The new mazda cx50 cx70 cx90 is lemon and you will spend all your money fixing major issues after 4 months of driving it. They charge me diagnostic fee of two hours near 400$ and still cant find the issue. Then found the problem with my vehicle only to tell me , my car isn't fix . Then charge another diagnostic fee to find the real issue with my car and still charge me both things they fix when I only came in with one issue. So what's the point of diagnostic fee ladies and gents?

We just bought a 2025 corvette from another dealership.

We just bought a 2025 corvette from another dealership. I was trying to find a local dealership for service. I have been calling this dealership for over 2 weeks and still have not gotten thorough to the service dept. whenever I get transferred no one answers. One time the receptionist answered and said the girl in the service dept was out to lunch and to call back. I have called multiple times today and the minute to say the word service I get transferred and still no one picks up. As a potential new customer I am shocked that this dealerships customers would ever be happy with any purchase or service.

Service department is slow and does not respect your

Service department is slow and does not respect your time. I had an appointment for an oil change on Monday and sat for two hours waiting for my car. When asked (after an hour) how much longer they lied to me and said my car was in being serviced only to find my car still sitting in the lot. Got home only to notice that there were greasy fingerprints on either side window on the material around the window. Called up and got appointment for them to clean it this Friday. They told me it would take 30-60 minutes. An hour and a half later I’m still waiting on my car. My appointment was at 1 and the car wasn’t even looked at until 1:20. This was on their mechanics and they have no respect for my time. I’m done with this dealer. Will go to another in the area.

Unheard of in the past 30 years of buying/leasing cars from Queens to LI. We love our Mazda and the positive experience makes it even more awesome! We have told everyone we know about Mazda 112!
