My appointment was going to take longer then expected. A loaner car was provided and I was able to get my plans for the day completed. Colleen made sure everything went smoothly and kept me informed.

Front brakes
Tyler in the service dept. was fantastic. Really appreciated his customer attention and flexibility. When the parts got delayed, he apologized and arranged for the shuttle service to take me back and forth. The final work was done an hour before his estimated finish time.

Quick, Easy and Painless.
I was notified by mail that my car was recalled for a factory defect and I should schedule an appointment with a Ford Dealership to have the car repaired. I talked to a service advisor ( Grace Griffith), and she told me I didn't need an appointment for this particular recall and that I could just drive into the quick lube service bay at anytime and I would be taken care of and it wouldn't take long. The very next day, I drove in and I was met by a team of eager service workers ready to take care of me and my car. It didn't take long and it didn't cost any money and my car was fixed correctly. Bonus: I waited for my car in their lounge with tv, coffee (drinks),snacks, wifi, comfy seats, workspace enclosure (for those of you who talk loud on phone or have work to do on a computer), or just want to talk to other people. Great atmosphere. Makes the wait for your car repair a better experience. Thanks Holman Ford.

Had a recall and the entire service dept helped me with resolving it as quickly as possible .they took my car in immediately and had the issue resolved in 24 hours . When i picked it up ,they were ready and gave me my keys as soon as I walked in .

Tyler Jones did an outstanding job.
Tyler worked to see to if we had a rental, when Enterprise failed to comply.Tyler found other means. He our best interest in mind, he wanted to give the best service he could.n and he succeeded.
