Horrible service department, should have listened to co-workers warnings, stay away shady and scummy. Not reputable.

Matt Artus was meant to do this job! Enjoying my sweet ride, 2026 Z71 Traverse. Matt was very patient & spent hours making sure I received every incentive I qualified for along with making calls to insurance to make sure My new ride was insured before it left the dealership. Spent his Saturday after hours going over the endless features of the new traverse. It is just more than a sale for Matt as he called & texted me on his day off the very next day to make sure I was enjoying my new wheels! Geoffrey Sullivan in finance was great to work with & went over all the paperwork before I signed any it. You would never know it was the end of his shift on a Saturday, very personable & a pleasure to work with. I will be back, no family like Handy Chevrolet.
