My BMW 128 was for warranty recall service. After making online appointment at BMW Henderson where my car was purchased and serviced, I was introduced to the service advisor, Justin, who recommended that I performed the BMW recommended service (due in February) as well. All done in 4 hrs while I waited, watching 2 movies using their free internet.

Very good service at BMW OF HENDERSON, the only thing that I didn't like was that I was waiting for 3 hours for only an oil change, but everything was wonderful

On 12/14 we brought our 2003 BMW Z4 into the service department for a coolant leak. We delt in the past with Kyle Maxwell and worked with him again on this service call.
