good service

service was good and didn't take long. Had question about how to delete radio presets, but no one knew how to do it. Couldn't find anything in car manual so still don't know how to do it.

It seemed impossible, but Barry worked magic!

I was suddenly faced with the possibility of having to get a new-to-me car, and I was deeply underwater on my old one. Barry helped me with selecting from Team's pre-owned inventory and worked with my budget and financing to make it work. Barry was so easy to stay in contact with throughout the process. My old car turned out to be fixable, but Barry's excellent customer service will have me back at Team when I am ready to buy again! Thanks Barry!

Dedicated salesperson

My salesperson, Crystal was thorough and patient. She clearly explained all the features of the car and took time after delivery setting up the car's GPS and etc.

No hassels

There were noi hassels getting the body work done. But as long as you want feedback here goes: this survey is a pain in the neck to complete and has areas that don't apply and ought to have "not applicable" as a choice. For example, we did not buy a vehicle nor deal with a salesperson.

Exceptional Service! Barry Kramer/ Team Toyota of Princeton

I am writing this review to bring attention on what an exceptional level of service Barry Karmer provided me through the process of purchasing a used Fj cruiser at your dealership. Barry responded to all my emails and was not evasive to any of my questions. He had no problem putting hard numbers in email regarding purchase price. Which I appreciated due to being about an hour away I didn't want to make the trip if we to far apart on numbers. We didn't talk once once on the phone. There was no need Barry was responsive an thorough in email. So I made the trip to look at the Fj. He gave me as much time as I wanted to look over the FJ in not interpreting or talking which I preferred as I could focus on looking over te vehicle. Followed up by a 25 minute test which was great. I wanted to check it our thoroughly due to it it being A 2008. Also Derek Battle in finance was wonderful, upbeat and entertaining. He made the boring process interesting and quick. All thee above earned your dealership my bussiness. I bought the FJ And very happy I spent my hard earned money at Team Toyota Princeton.

Great Experience Right On Time

Happened to stop in just see inventory of sequoia since they are few and far between and ended up driving off with a sequoia. Now I have 2 in my driveway.

Worst Safety experience ever!

I brought my recently bought Sienna for first time oil change and wheels rotation on Oct 14th 2017. I picked up the car 2 hours later and found the car shaking while driving! I sent an email next day to the service rep and he replied to me saying the car might need balance!!!!! (Don't understand how although it was in the service center itself!). Then I started to hear knocking sounds in the car!! I called the rep and told him about what I found, he said bring the car now. I asked him if it's safe to drive the car he said yes!!! While driving the car on the turnpike, the front left wheel came off the car while I'm on 65 mil/ hour, the car started to go right and left, I slow down and then God didn't have accident, then I pulled up at the shoulder. I called the rep again and he told me to tow truck it myself because they can't do that at the turnpike. The problem was that they forgot either to put the nuts back to the wheel after rotation or they put them but forgot to tighten them. To me this reflects poor quality assurance system reflects gross negligence and I really don't know how many accidents happened to people because of such poor service. The last part of the story was the management response who took the issue very light and didn't even bother themselves calling me except after I complained at Toyota itself. I feel sorry that I bought a car from those people and I'm really afraid to take the car to their service center again however they fixed the car in almost 2 weeks on their expenses.

Help with low tires

this dealer is really concerned about the safety of their customers! My tire light went on when I was just about to leave for a trip and I didn't want to end up on the side of the highway with a flat.so I took a chance and stopped in to see if they could check it for me. They did and the tires were OK but it was the weather that caused the sensor to go off.

Superb Leasing Experience!

Emmanuel Adadevoh made the leasing process for a new 2018 Toyota Camry a very pleasant one. He asked important questions such as to the type of vehicle I was interested in leasing as well as the color and options to see if they were in stock before we went outside to the car lot to view the vehicles. There were also many other areas we covered to make sure I would be getting the right vehicle and pricing that would meet my needs. He was very courteous and professional throughout the process and also assisted me in getting acquainted with and help set up the new Entune 3.0 connected services and Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) features before I had left the dealership. He had also called me today to see if everything was to my satisfaction and to contact him if I needed any assistance. I had previously leased vehicles from Team Toyota of Princeton and have never been disappointed with their sales or service staff.
