Brought my Range Rover in for service on October 21st,
Brought my Range Rover in for service on October 21st, when I was given my vehicle back whoever worked on it left their large cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee in my vehicle. When I asked Silex what's with the coffee in my car he looked stunned and gave no answer. I also complained on the Landrover web site and explained what happened. They said someone will reach out to me. I guess they're pretty busy because no one ever got back to me.

Given the circumstances that occurred, I've decided not to return to this dealership for future service/repairs to my Range Rover and will seek a different dealership or a repair shop that can make the needed service and repairs to my vehicle. Jimmy is awesome.
Jimmy is awesome. Went there for a consult because I wanted to do a little homework before committing. I had a little anxiety because I was preparing myself for the pressure I would most likely get to buy something that I wasn't ready to buy. He was very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable, and didn't rush through the consult. I won't hesitate to revisit with Jimmy once I make up my mind.

All the people were great especially Crystal.
All the people were great especially Crystal. Very pleasant, like friends from years back. Everyone treat you and your vehicle with care and respect. My wife and I are already considering within the next year about upgrading and our GPS is locked to New Rochelle. Thanks, guys!

Avoid this dealership. I purchased a used car with a written agreement that they would provide a second key. Months later, despite repeated emails and calls, I’ve received no response and no key. They’ve ignored every attempt to resolve the issue. Completely unprofessional. If you’re considering buying a car here, go elsewhere — they don’t honor their agreements and disappear once the sale is done.
