An Excellent Experience

I had such a good experience with these folks. I had made an appointment to test drive one car and got a call the evening before telling me that the car had been sold - disappointing but not nearly as much had I driven 25 miles to find out. Later that evening Ivo Petrov called me back to tell me about another car that had just come in. We went the next morning for my wife to fall in love with it. Ivo was great and guiding us through the purchase and delivery. He was totally straightforward with us and a delight to work with. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was professional and personable. A great experience.

My 2023 Range Rover finally arrived after a long wait

My 2023 Range Rover finally arrived after a long wait (due to shortage on semi-conductors of course). The awesome experience started with the GM Nick Belli who took his time to explain in detail every enquiry I had prior to heading to the dealership to sign the docs. The sales assistant, Ivo Petrov who coordinated the over all transaction was also an awesome big fella (I told him he looks like a Navy seal). Christine from finance took her time to explain in detail every thing I needed to ensure a hustle-free ownership experience for the next four years. I highly recommend this team and dealership..

hey Francis, This email is hilarious. how can u sell a car with two bald front tires? Shame on me for not doing a fine toothed inspection, but i am naive. It never occurred to me that a “new” used car would leave the lot on bad tires. I am hardly laughing at the incredible expense of replacement tires, or the failure of you to come through on your good faith promise to repair rear lift gate. Or the fact that the car actually leaks when it rains. Heavily leaks! Shame on me again, but i seriously never considered an entity with such a sterling reputation would be so underhanded in their dealings. 10k Lesson learned cordially, Dan
