Average experience

Overall, it was an ok experience. They failed to get me a lower interest rate to match my bank’s offer and they should pay attention to details more like cleaning the car, putting some gas in it, etc.

Jaguar New Rochelle is a state-of-the-art facility

Jaguar New Rochelle is a state-of-the-art facility conveniently located in Westchester County. Their sales, finance and service departments are generously staffed and their inventory plentiful. My Sales Consultant Julius Ripoll was extremely knowledgeable in the brand and his easygoing personality made me feel comfortable and excited. The buying process was simplistic and Julius continues to keep in touch with me, weeks after driving from the dealership, to be sure I am happy with my E-Pace. I am thrilled to be part of the Jaguar family!

I was on the look out for a new range rover sport.

I was on the look out for a new range rover sport. I had reached out to some dealerships that Land Rover showed as having stock but each of them quoted approx $10K - $15K over MRSP. I am not sure if it's known but Auto Nation which Land Rover New Rochelle doesn't normally go over MRSP on RRS. So from being pressured to get to a dealership in the next hour to pay $10K over MRSP to a simple email requesting info at LR New Rochelle, I was able to get the exact same vehicle for MRSP and much better customer service. I will make sure to give them a shout out to anyone I know looking at a new vehicle. Eric Tiedge is the salesperson we dealt with and again, he was a gentleman that didn't put pressure on us at all and this may sound odd, but his advice was sincere. I would highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with the service department,

I had a great experience with the service department, thanks to their service advisor, Rodger. My car had a severe issue with a seized tensioner that caused a broken belt, resulting in a coolant leak and a broken radiator fan. Rodger and the team not only identified the problem swiftly but also had my car back on the fixed in less than a week. Their expertise and efficiency saved me.
