This is the second used car I’ve purchased from this dealership. It is absolutely the best buying experience I’ve ever had. I will be a Parkplace customer for life! Another satisfied customer! Words cannot describe my level of satisfaction with Park Place Motorcars of Grapevine and specifically my sales guy, Rock Sargent. I don’t know where to begin; but Rock went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that my needs were me, I was well informed and that I went home with the vehicle of my choice with the best possible deal. First of all, I have purchased many vehicles and been through this process many times... but the service I received here with Tyler Wall was unlike any other! He was the best salesperson I have ever met in my life (I don't even want to call him a "salesperson", because he treated me as a friend/family member). He truly cared so much about making me happy and getting me into the vehicle that I have always hoped for.Not only did he go above and beyond to fulfill every request that I had, but I am from out of town and he made sure that I knew every bit of info that I needed. He always answered every phone call, text, and email right away, and he always gave me constant updates. I never felt like I was going through the dreaded "vehicle purchasing process" with Tyler. I truly enjoyed every part of this experience, and that was because of how great he made the entire process. Another amazing thing about Tyler, he wanted to make sure that I understood every feature of the car and that I would be used to it before driving it off the lot, so he actually drove around with me until I felt comfortable enough to drive it around town without any questions or surprises! I have never had a better experience, and I have told everyone I know about Tyler and the dealership. I would not send anyone anywhere else! I could not be happier!!!! :D

Went to look at Mercedes SUVs yesterday. Lance Jenkins was our salesperson! He was kind, friendly, had all the answers to questions that we ask! He was not pushy at all gave us time to talk about it between my husband & I! I would recommend for anyone to use! We were treated very well! Would recommend Park Place to anyone !!
