My experience with Paramus Hyundai was flawless. Everyone especially Brandon went above and beyond. I explained to them I wanted a no BS back and forth deal and that's exactly what I got. The dealership at this time may not say Genesis, but these guys were better than any experience I had with the other premium brands and I've dealt with them all.

Sales person I worked with was great, but sales manager was misleading. Said dealer would cover DMV price and in the end I was told I had to pay it anyways.

I went to Hyundai Paramus as a first-time buyer with an idea that I may be disapproved for a lease application. Iggi Barreto, their sales consultant was very accommodating and helpful in terms of laying down all my options from leasing, to financing and so on. It was as if I had a personal consultant trying to understand my needs as a newly relocated foreigner here in the US, and as a first-time buyer without any credit score to begin with. In less than a week, I got an approval from the bank to lease - thanks to their "push" and endorsement, and got to bring home my brand new Tucson this same afternoon. Overall, it was an excellent experience, excellent customer relations, excellent service and highly recommended dealership and sales agent Iggi Barreto.
