This is my 4th car from Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers and my first using Samantha as a salesperson. I can’t not be more pleased with the service and commitment from Samantha. I gave Samantha criteria for my new car and she was able to find one very close to what I was looking for. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. found the vehicle of interest on their website as we were going to that area on vacation for 7 days. Made contact with Hannah who then worked on getting me all the info for my selected vehicle and send me walk around videos as requested. Then supplied my trade info with photographs to get an appraisal done. We were a little apart on what I was trying to do financially but came to an agreement on secured the Range Rover and I drove down a few days later to take delivery and start my vacation. Vehicle was in excellent condition and was as described though I did notice a couple of issues on the headlights which were actually replaced under warranty a few days later. First class service by Hannah in sales, Scott, and Morgan as well as Allie in the service department !!!. Will be back to this dealership for my next Range Rover/Jaguar

They are experienced and very knowledgeable about all the details of the individual cars and the deals available. I had the most fantastic experience buying my first car with this dealership and working with our salesperson Samantha and finance manager Morgan! I found the perfect car in Samantha was so diligent and explaining all the bells and whistles and being so knowledgeable about the car although it's not one of their usual models. She made the process seamless and without any pressure. Her lovely personality and knowledge made for a comfortable experience! Additionally, Morgan was able to help us find a vehicle that would keep us in our financial parameters and helped us to get everything processed quickly and efficiently while also being so pleasant and kind to talk to!
