I had a great experience with the purchase of my 2021

I had a great experience with the purchase of my 2021 Ford Bronco there. Unfortunately, the customer service from their service department has been anything but helpful - and finally left me exhausted, yelling, and hanging up, which is not like me when dealing with customer service folks. I was able to resolve the same issue at another dealership in about an hour total and at no charge since it was emissions issue covered by a Ford Customer Satisfaction Bulletin.

4 days for an oil change, drop it off Wednesday morning

4 days for an oil change, drop it off Wednesday morning for a check engine light. Saturday I had to call and vehicle was ready for pick up and no one gave me a callback to tell me it was ready!!!

Horrible service they bent my key & they obviously didn't
