First of all we are grateful for helping us to find a car within our budget. However being a loyal BMW customer in various states, customer service was a bit not what would make to give the experience 5 stars. The wait & pickup time plus preparation left us without excitment, after we just purchased our Dream car. We were asked 2 days later to pick up the vehicle, after ariving it was not ready, we waited for 45 min to meet with financial customer manager, 1, 5 hrs later car still wasn't charged and clean, we left the dealership in the rush straight to gas station without much explanation how to operate the car, how to charge it, where are the basic navigation for this particular vehicle. We wish you can improve customer services, as it not every day experience to purchase a world-class vehicle. Thank youfor consideration.
