aftercare sucks
I was happy with the salesman and the whole process of buying the car. However the service department did nothing to impress me, or help me out for that matter.

Training
It would be nice if the sales staff was more experienced, this problem is not unique to Murdock. I believe the sales staff in Cache county is underpaid therefore a lot of inexperience staff. Please look into ways that there can be a pay scale employees can survive off of.

Awesome salesman but poor discount clarity
Our salesman was top notch. We wouldn't have bought a Hyundai if it wasn't for him. He deserves a 5-star rating. When transferred to financing is where they let us down. We were told trade-in's were going to be given so much over KBB but we weren't. They had a discount on the windshield, but didn't realize that was conditional on qualifying on your credit. Lastly when we pointed out that the car didn't have an owners manual to the sales manager told us to, "just buy one off eBay."

Review of Murdock Hyundai
The people at Murdock Hyundai were friendly and willing to work with me despite a difficult situation with my deposit. I felt rushed and completely overwhelmed and wanted my deposit back until I knew for sure what I wanted. After doing my homework, I felt confident going back to Murdock and purchasing the car that I wanted even though it didn't have leather seats. They told me I could have a local company replace the cloth seats with leather. This made me very happy! I am very happy with the results. It looks amazing. This car has everything I wanted. I know I was a pain in the butt but I did eventually buy a car from Murdock. So far I am very happy with the car and the customer service I have received.

Sales Review
Worked hard to get requested vehicle, had to go far and wide to find and retrieve it. Would like a response to coupon sent from Hyundai Motor for being a VW Diesel owner $1000.00 coupon but can not get anyone to commit for the money!!!

Best car shopping experience
Tyler Merrill is an exceptionally good salesman and is very down to earth and humble in helping his customers. During our visit many people came to see Tyler and receive help from him (which in no way hindered, annoyed or prolonged my visit) I could tell that this was a man of good integrity and a heart for the customers. I could tell he was more concerned for me and my needs, rather than what was in my bank account and moving a car off of the lot.

I drove over 400 miles just to deal with Murdock.
Throughout the entire process, I received outstanding service from Logan, our salesman, and the entire staff at Murdock. I have a Hyundai Dealership around the corner from my house in St. George, UT, but I elected to drive the 400 miles up to Logan to deal with the Murdock dealership. I wanted a Black-on-Black 2018 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate 2.0T with the tech package. Logan got me the exact car I wanted (they had to have it delivered from one of their ports), had it on time and ready to go. I absolutely love the car, and I have zero regrets in the entire process. Outstanding service.
