The original quote that I received in an email included tires, labor, alignment and parts, except tax. When they gave me the write up at the counter, it was $400 higher because they told me that the original quote did not include labor. When I showed them the original quote, They changed their stance and agreed to install the tires and alignment for the original quote. I’m glad they did, because I intend to buy and service my next car there.

The work done on my car was exactly as described, and it was covered by warranty and I appreciate the prompt and courteous service from Emily and Denise.
