I’ve never had such a hard time trying to buy a car

I’ve never had such a hard time trying to buy a car before. You’d think they didn’t want to sell to me. A relative came in and looked at a car for me as I live a few hour away. They spoke with Joey Ramirez, who I then contacted about buying the vehicle that was looked at. This man never answered my calls, nor did he EVER try to reach back out to me. My information was taken down and I was told by a lady he would get in touch before he left that day. Never a call. Not even the next day. I called back the next day to speak to someone else. It took 2 whole days to get all the paperwork done. After I was finally able to get the car, it was dirty on the inside. They must have terrible cleaners. Chips were found in the backseat pockets, signs of spilled drinks in the cup holders. No big deal, I can clean it. But once it was brought home, one of the tires was found out to be ruined, it was lucky I made it without a blown tire. There were 3 new tires but one old? Makes sense. I was also given a hard time about payment as well. Told I can’t take it that day if I give a personal check. That’s never been an issue with previous cars. Anyways. If I ever need a new car I definitely will be looking elsewhere.

First time I utilized the new citrus Ford for service on

First time I utilized the new citrus Ford for service on my Ford PowerBoost. Prior to this I’ve been to the old location. Dealt with Zack for my service for oil change tire rotation and cabin filters replaced at 45,000. Took great care of the truck with a wash afterwards outstanding customer service thank you

Terrible.

Terrible. I can't believe now me having truck with me using it for like 2 weeks now they're calling me and texting me about having to do extra process. Things that should've been clarified at the time of signing up the contract.

I just want to say.

I just want to say. I went to a lot of dealerships. Looking for a secondary car and ended up leaving Citrus Ford of Ontario with a 2025 mustang Mach e. At first when I walked in Daisy at the front counter was so delightful to speak with. Very professional. She guided me to Oscar, the best and most loyal car salesman I have ever met. He was so calm and easy to talk and deal with. Also wanna say that everyone there was very helpful as well. I am so Happy with my new car. I would give this place 10 stars. I will definitely recommend Oscar and this dealership to others. Thanks again for everything 👍💯

Went in to purchase a Car.

Went in to purchase a Car. I like the no pressure sales mentality. Even when I picked out a vehicle there were no pressure to buy any ?extra? warranties. Great selection of vehicles. I always look at Citris Ford first when I?m in the market to purchase a vehicle.
