No hassle, no gimmicks, no secretly added stuff on the contract.They let me do my own math and NUMBERS MATCHED! Final paper work took maybe an hour total-not 3 hours as you would expect. Jake was extremely courteous and helpful. He should rate a 5. However, the service on my Kia Soul was less that excellent. For the routine maintenance, I came home with an oil leak and had to bring it back in to clean and fix it. Jake took great care of me though by putting me in a rental, filling up my tank, and giving me some stuff to clean my driveway with. I will still come back because of the way that Jake took care of me, but please take a look at the expertise of your technicians. Thank you

Staff was courteous. Relatively quick to finish deal. I bought a certified 2013 Kia sorento. You put 2 new tires on the vehicle, which is good, I just wish you had put the same tires as the old ones. Now when I rotate my tires I have different tires.
