I was met at the door by Marc. Initially, I thought he was a little direct with the questions but I realized he was getting to the point and saving us time. I went in thinking I wanted an Outback. After expressing I was not sure, he said humor me. He placed me in a Touring Hybrid Forester. It checked all my boxes, I was wowed with the overall experience. He seemed to take more time explaining the features and even followed up a week later to check everything was good. lf you get met by Marc know you are getting taken care by one of the best.
