There is no hassle at Dallas Lease Returns. Brad gave me his number and told me contact him with any issues, questions, or concerns and the few times I have called or text Brad he has responded immediately and not only does he quickly respond he also gives you an answer or solution to whatever it is you are needing. For example, there was a few small chips in the windshield of the vehicle I purchased. I asked Brad if anything could be done to fix the cracks and he told me to bring in the truck and he would replace the entire windshield for free. No dealership is going to give you that kind of service. Go see Brad, he is awesome!

To me, a business is only as good as it's employees and the services they provide. Initially James Smith Sr. was hands down our Salesman of choice.
