Our recent experience with Dallas Lease Returns was exceptional!! Initial contact from seeing the vehicle online and reaching out was pretty quick in confirming the car was available. Alexis Garcia reached out and was wonderful through the whole experience. She sent me information to my email and text as well as recorded a vehicle walk thru answering any questions i had before making an appointment the next day to check it out in person. We had about a 5 hour drive to the showroom, and had our grandkids in tow. Alexis was very friendly and personable and gave me all the time I needed to check put and test drive the vehicle. Complete purchase experience was super easy and stress free. Kids even had fun playing in the showroom! They have quite the inventory of nice looking cars and trucks and we left very happy with the purchase! Alexis has been great in reaching out to see if we made it home ok and also asking if we needed anything or had any questions or concerns. I have to say this was probably the easiest time I had in buying a car! When that time comes again I will be reaching back out to Alexis and Dallas Lease Returns!
