The process from start to finish was excellent. During our visit we were looking at a Ford Explorer only to feel that it was to large for our need. She the proceeded to show us the Ford Escape that was just brought into inventory but not made ready. Looking at the pictures we decided on the Escape. Blanca took great care in keeping us posted as to when it would be ready. I am happy to say that our wait time was not very long. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from DLR and Blanca. I will honestly say if I need to purchase another. I will be coming back to Dallas Lease Return and Blanca for all our needs.

We stumbled across DLR about 7 years ago and Chris Mikell helped us find a great car that fit our budget and was just super nice and helpful. Not at all a “car salesman”. We have now purchased 3 cars from Chris and will only buy from someone else when he retires. The cars are good quality and pricing is very competitive.
