The website is very accurate, classy, clean and Pete listened to my words and had cars ready for my choice and for my budget. The BEST customer service for car shopping never felt like a third rate citizen.. Didn't know anything about engines or what was a better for my NEEDS.. And some things i wanted were included in my selection. Yes need to check carfax.. Yes had some minor issues but I believe Pete when he said he would make the best buying experience I ever had! It was amazing!

I was somewhat concerned as an out of state buyer not being able to see the vehicle in person, BUT Anthony reassured me and provided anything I requested (more photos, service records, etc). I put my trust in him and he did not let me down. He also put his trust in me as a customer as I finalized my end of the paperwork from out of state, which I greatly appreciated as well. We have always e skeptical of used car sales places but Dallas Leasing is not you run of the mill used car dealer and Juan Contreras is not you typical used car salesman. Juan was patient and answered all our questions about the vehicle we were interested in, he gave us time and space to discuss our option. When I was confused about an issue Juan walked me back through the process and made sure I was no longer lost. I am sure all the staff are just as capable was Juan but when we go back for another shopping spree we will be sure that Juan handles the sale. The one time Juan was not able to answer our question he was sure to bring in Kris Gaerlan the GM to assist with the issue. You will get as good as, if not better, sales and service at Dallas Lease Return as you will any large auto maker dealership in town.

Pete Hankins provided my family with the best experience buying a car ever! We love it and will return in the future for our vehicle buying needs. Words can’t describe you need to” experience the difference “ like it says on their website. It’s crazy when you feel bad for the dealership... the best way to describe it is the feeling you get when your in the store buying an item that you know is priced wrong and your hoping they don’t catch it at the checkout. I felt like I was getting a deal from a long time friend and I never had the pleasure of meeting my sales manager. It was all done over the phone. Trade-in and all. Definite lifetime customer!

Robert Schultz was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. There was no pressure, but extremely helpful! I will definitely refer all my friends and family who are in the market for a new car to Robert and have no doubt they will receive excellent service!

Robert was patient, always ready to help and answer questions but not pushy, just a genuine person. He advised me of the positives and negatives of each car we discussed and came across as someone who wanted to get me in a car but not at all costs. I will work with Robert again.
