This is our second purchase here with Brad and DLR. Brad pulled a rabbit out of hat again! He provided such a smooth and drama free experience (Again! As always!) for us to buy. We talked a week ago about what world be the perfect vehicle to put in his radar just in case it shows up in his inventory and plenty of time to eat for the right one. But only a week later, the perfect "unicorn" came in. Couldn't have asked for it o happen a better way. DLR for the win! We will be back.

I find the dealership to be very professionals The customer service is superb. Literally everyone I passed coming/ going spoke and asked if I needed help. The atmosphere is very cozy, the popcorn was fresh and my water intake was kept on point. What stood out the most for me and was heart felt is Eric’s humanism. I had a dilemma to occur that made me late for my appointment. My daughter had a bad tire preventing her from driving , she’s on the side of the road, we’re trying to locate a tire and Eric kept checking on us and extended assistance to send help.

Praise God, I purchased a vehicle from BRAD HOANG at Dallas Lease Return at the Dallas, Tx location and had an unfortunate major dilemma with it about a month later. Need I mind you that this was an "as is" purchase so there were no obligations. I contacted BRAD and he took me under his wings and took care of a situation that he was not obligated to do and solved my problem. I'd like to acknowledge that he truly goes "above and beyond" for his clients. There was no other way I could have gotten this issue resolved without being out of tons of dollars.
