I purchased a truck from Dallas Lease Returns right before Christmas, and while I initially had some issues that they resolved, the nightmare started when it came to getting my vehicle licensed and receiving my plates. Dallas Lease Returns messed up the original application, and the DMV sent it back to them on January thirteenth for corrections. Now, well over a month later, they still haven’t fixed the paperwork or returned it to the DMV. This means I can’t get my plates until they decide to actually do their job. I’ve called multiple people within their company, and every single one has promised to call me back and resolve the issue. Guess what? Not a single call back, not a single step forward. The lack of accountability and professionalism is beyond frustrating. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of Dallas Lease Returns. They seem great until the sale is done—then good luck getting them to follow through on anything.

Very friendly salespeople and everyone is apart of the finance department so you don’t need to move from department to department. Good vehicles with low miles, highly recommended.
