Where do I start?

Where do I start? My vehicle sat at another dealership for 9 weeks with an electrical issue (warranty) that they could/would not resolve. Removed my vehicle from that dealership and took it to Autonation to be repaired. They had the problem diagnosed and resolved in less than a week. I could not be more pleased with the service at this dealership. Even though it is an hour away I will certainly return for any further vehicle problemS. Would highly recommend them.

Had an unexpected electrical issue with the truck.

Had an unexpected electrical issue with the truck. It was fixed quickly. The truck was vacuumed it out. And everything covered under warranty. No issues.

Service department rip off

I brought in my ram 2020 for a simple squeak. My truck is well under warranty. They kept my truck for over a week and drove it only 1 mile. There conclusion was I added a leveling kit and whom ever installed it, did it wrong. This was a complete lie as my truck was purchased as is and I have been driving it with no issues until recent squeak began. In short I was charged 194.00. There was no work performed or repairs done and my ram is well under a factory. I do not recommend going there for service because they will blame you, if they cannot find or fix the issue.

Fast and Friendly Service!

Bought the truck a few months back...was a great process, simple quick and was priced right. Brought the truck in for Oil change and tire rotation...again was quick and knocked it out. the facility already looked good when I bought the truck but they were remodeling when I came for service...was still clean and everything was great. The team in service did a fantastic job and I will continue to come back!

Worst experience

I came in to have a molding replaced on my car that I was told 2 days in a row was covered under my warranty the day of my appointment I come in them still saying it was covered I sat for 2 1/2 with no update I finally went to get an update and turns out my Advisor Jonathan was nowhere to be found and the part wasn?t covered so I literally sat for 2 1/2 hours for nothing when I should?ve been updated within the first 30 minutes of this on top of that they wanted to charge me out of pocket $247 just to swap out the piece they?re a huge inconvenience and will waste your time also I went ahead and purchased the part and come to find out it was $30 more than Tomball DCJ
