I would not recommend Galpin Ford.
I would not recommend Galpin Ford. The dealership uses bait-and-switch tactics, advertising one price online to get you to visit, then changing the terms in person saying you have to finance through them to get the price provided in email. They also add unnecessary and overpriced addon’s like door edge guards ($400) and Garmin dash cam ($800). After inquiring Sept 5th about an Expedition Tremor with Sales Consultant Gabriel Pullicar, I was given an OTD price of $91,500 via email with a dealer worksheet explicitly labeled “Cash Deal Structure”. Gabriel specifically tells me in writing "As you know we've been sending you cash quotes, If you plan on financing we are very far apart. We'd love to earn your business but $91k OTD with financing isn't viable for us." This worked for me as I was paying with a cashier’s check. I stop by Sept 26th because I am in the area and want to see the car. The car is not on the lot, Sales Consultant Fazad takes me to see the car and drive it back. I inspect the $86,000 Expedition and see it is very dirty inside and there is a large chip out of the driver rear wheel. I tell Fazad I was working with Gabriel and what I hope my OTD price to be. Gabriel shows up 10 minutes later and never greets me or introduces himself once. He goes into the sales manager office then comes back out and once again never introduces himself or greets me just exits the store. Fazad comes out and tells me the $91,500 price Gabriel Pullicar gave me was only if I finance through them and they would not come down $500 and I would have to finance through them to get the price in the dealer worksheet Gabriel provided. Ultimately, I walked out knowing I would never consider Galpin for a new car purchase again.
